Two leaders interviewed me in a comfortable lounge. We drank coffee and conversed like a group of friends who had not seen each other for a while. Due to the HR screening the human resources director present appeared to be a mutual friend introducing two great people to one another. We discussed a wide variety of topics throughout the process while also covering the jobs aspects and expectations. I as the interviewee was allowed to ask questions at any time. I was asked to give feedback about my surroundings as well. It was engaging and realistic.
