MosChip interview questions

I have applied through college pool drive for MosCHIP VLSI based trainee come full time job (Not mentioned about the exact role which was decided later after the training). Conducted written exam with clear cut explanation of those problems within the paper. Exam topics are Digital electronics, Analog electronics, Network Analysis, C language, With negative marking. after shortlisted in the exam for the interview, 2 rounds of same level interviews conducted each for 1 to 1.5 hours. Asked to solve the problems in the test. I have observed that, they are noticing how we are approaching to solve the problem, not about how many internships are we done, not about the VLSI knowledge or other things. They are just finding out whether we can learn and develop in the training program after selection. Asked all about digital and analog electronics and c language logic building skills.
