Initial call with talent acquisition was friendly and straightforward.
However on the next stage I was told to just bring myself and talk about motivations and experience
Maybe it was my naevity as alot of companies look at character separately from competency around the role itself.
I was caught off guard on the interview and majority was around the role and I should have prepared alot more then i did.
