Process started off well and was moving quickly. I met first with the recruiter and then the team lead. The interviews were straightforward but I never heard back from anyone despite being told someone would reach out the next day to schedule the following interview. Had to follow up a couple of times before I got the standard rejection email 4 days later. I understand recruiters are busy, but its not hard to keep people updated.
