Motivity interview questions

Applied online and went through 2 rounds and was supposed to do a third. The third was set up, and with 1 day's notice, they asked for an assessment that said it would take approximately 6 hours to complete. A 6-hour UNPAID design assessment where the designer has to use their own resources, paid software, AI tokens if needed, and covers everything from a full brand proposal, coded landing page, print material, and social material is absurd. Please be more transparent in your hiring process and mention that this task is part of the process, or mention it in the interview process and not just spring it on someone.
