I applied in-person. I interviewed at Mountain BizWorks in Aug 2012
Interview
The interview was conducted by the Regional Director and a Business Coach at the Regional office. I was warmly welcomed, offered some tea, and led to the conference room where the interview was to take place. I was asked a list of customer service, and business focused questions in a friendly, non-threatening manner. They invited me to ask them any questions I may have, and answered them thoroughly. After the interview I was given a tour of the facility. We exchanged "thank you's," shook hands, and the Director indicated she would call me by the end of business the following day.
