Mudra Circle interview questions

I went there for an interview for post of android developer. It was a face to face interview he asked SQL related questions and oops concepts and to write one program. After that he said intereview is done our android developer is not came today and you will get call for second technical round and still there not any response by company such a careless peoples l, I mean how can you say that android developer is not came after calling candidate for an android interview,if you dont want to give a job atleast don't give a hope. Rather than calling lot of candidates for just one or two vacancies and wasting their time for just 2 minutes of interview conduct telephonic round.
