There are several tests in all, first is situational judgement test and then there would be video interview. I failed in the video interview so didn’t process to further steps.
Online assessment, Online Interview, In-person Assessment centre with approx 42 others (2 groups of 21), Final Round interview and presentation with senior managment.
Online assessment is typical.
In-person Assessment centre contains a 1hr Q&A with grads, 1hr group exercise & 1hr written examination.

Interview
Online Test, Online Interview (mainly competency style), Applicant Day. When going to the Applicant Day you were required to prepare a presentation on your Personal Brand. On giving your presentation you would be questioned on the contents, and this would be immediately followed by an interview with a mix of traditional interview questions, and competency style questions. Also on the day was a Case Study/ Group Exercise, as well as a period reserved for asking Questions from recent graduate recruits.
