I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Munich Re
Interview
Two rounds of in person interviews. Met most of the managers. It was a helpful two-way dialogue. Offer was made within two weeks of the last interview. Unfortunately, this process does not help with the high employee turnover, which is due to fundamental management problems. Managers are encourage to use employees as scape goats for the managers' own poor performance or judgement.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Munich Re (Princeton, NJ) in Nov 2014
Interview
I interviewed with 6 people, including some from HR, the head of the program, and a selection of managers from different departments. It took about half a day and, while organized, was not too stuffy or formal. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to. I received an offer by the end of the day (I interviewed on the last day of interviews).

Question 1
The interviewers were each tasked with a different topic - technical, interpersonal, leadership, etc. Then they focused all questions on that topic. Definitely some behavioral questions, but also a few regarding my interests and technical skills.
