Mutinex interview questions

The first interview with the product lead was more of causal chat about my experience and what the company is looking for. It seemed like they didn't know much about the product marketing function and they'd be looking for someone to advise. I receive an assessment for 2nd round and the scope of work was well over 3-4 hours they suggest you spend on it. Seemed like a large body of work to do for an assesment without compensation.

Interview Process Review: Initial call with PE recruiter – straightforward and pleasant. Second call with a co-founder – scheduled for 30 minutes but started 10 minutes late and ended after 15. During the call, the co-founder stepped away to collect a food delivery and appeared more focused on finding reasons not to proceed than genuinely engaging. Final round – back-to-back conversations with three team members. This stage was positive; all three were professional, friendly, and showed genuine interest in my background. Unfortunately, after the final round, I was never contacted again. Despite following up and being told I’d hear back within a week, I received no response. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend applying to this company. The process felt disorganized and lacked transparency, particularly in communication and follow-through.
