I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at My Community Finance (London, England) in Dec 2021

Interview

The first interview stage consisted of a screening call with HR. Following that, there was a Technical phone interview. Following that, there was an interview with the Head of Analytics. This consisted of a coding test and then of a forecasting problem to solve. Lastly there was a call with the CCO.

The Technical phone interview consisted of questions around APR pricing. The next interview consisted of a Python coding test and then of a forecasting problem using Excel.
