I had a first interview which was promising, followed by a long and cumbersome written test. I had to write 3-4 250-500-word pieces and edit a short piece. After that, I didn't hear back from them. When I did, after 6+ months, I was considered for another role in another team. I went through two more interviews. The interviews themselves were easy, but they were always on the verge of ghosting me. Eventually, when I nudged them for an update, I got a template rejection from the original interviewer without any explanation whatsoever. It terrifies to think about how they treat their actual employees.
