Great interview experience. Started with an interview at my University during a career fair. After a month or so I was asked to fly out to Pasadena (everything paid for) and do an on-site interview day. Gave a presentation about projects I have worked on. Had multiple interviews with different sections. Nothing too technical, mostly just asking about my interests. Was given breakfast and lunch.
