I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at NASCAR (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
Applied online. Received call from recruiter 2 months later. Set up phone interview before thanksgiving holiday. Had a video interview some time afterwards. I was passed over for someone else but the hiring manager circled back months later to add an additional role. I was hired a week after submitting background check and references. Because it was an entry level role, the Questions were very straightforward and in person meeting / tour was very relaxed informal and conversational.
