Interview
Had a 60 questions MCQ tests where the questions are very badly designed. Most of the questions are edge cases scenarios and exhibits a very bad way of coding. E.g. if you write maintainable codes these questions will never surface.
Next, there will be a round of face to face interview with 2 "senior" engineers/consultants. The interview process was bad as the interviewers were very outdated on current tech stack. And it seems that the way they produced software was highly dubious as they do not employ CI or automated testing in their processes.
Finally, HR was very inefficient and nasty. Took her a week to produce the offer letter but insisted that a reply must be given at the end of the day when the offer letter was sent. Gave a threatening tone over the phone to attempt to coerce acceptance of the offer. This was the most unpleasant step of the entire interview process.

They have two rounds f2f and McQ. Basic java ,spring boot ,hibernate ,Rest API in f2f.
McQ got 25 questions to complete an one hour.that questions based jsp, operators,basic java,io file.Very nice interview.

1.written test based on Java basic concepts, SQL and multithreading Technical Java (Basic + Advanced) 3.a personality review with onshore person and last HR discussion.
