They asked odd questions, but seemed to want to see that you could think on your feet. Multiple people were present for the interview. I participated in a phone interview and an in person interview.

Interview
They send you through multiple stressful rigorous rounds of interviews only to ghost you and never hear nothing back. Yet you’re told someone will let you know either way, just leave you wondering. Very unprofessional

You will need to interview multiple times with panels of 5 or more individuals.
The interview was via Zoom with multiple people from the staff. The interview process was a couple of questions and then ended with a lighthearted question. The staff consisted of a regional director, office director, case managers.
