Very easy going virtual interview over zoom call. Assessment follows. Starts with initial contact, and then an interview time is set up via zoom call. Invite is sent over email, and when the scheduled time comes, it can be done with sound and face cam over zoom.

HR called to schedule a phone screen, completed the phone screen a couple days later, called me in for an in-person interview, then checked my references all within about two weeks.

Interview
Was advised about position via staffing agency. Was administered a typing, math and writing test at the agency. Was informed that I was advancing to interview with employer. Spoke with three individuals - two that were directly associated with position and the third was an individual from another department in the company. Each seemed aware of my resume, asked engaging questions and were talkative.

Would have appreciated more detail on what the job would entail.
