Was asked to prepare for 10 mins presentation, put alot of effort into it, but went really well. I was pleased with the questions related to my presentation as I knew all my answers.

10 mins presentation about my skills and experience
The interview typically lasts 20–45 minutes for standard roles, though consultant or senior roles can last up to 90 minutes.
Panel Format: You will be interviewed by a panel of 2–3 members, usually including the hiring manager and a professional peer or HR representative.
Assessment Methods: Beyond standard questioning, you may be asked to complete:
Presentations: Prepared in advance on a specific topic.
Clinical Scenarios: Hypothetical situations to test your medical or professional judgment.
30 min- 1 hour interview with point system based on your answers. Highest scorer gets job. In my case there were 4 on the interview panel that asked about my education, quality and health and safety within the lab, and about the IBMS/HCPC etc. Preparation is key.

I applied through NHS website it was an easy process and after a months I received an email for interview date. Very friendly interviewers tried to ask follow up questions to lead me to more answers for the question.
