I applied for the job online and received an offer for interview within a week. My interview was booked for 8 days after.
The job was part of the Powys Teaching Health Board based in Llanishen.
I was greeted by a member of staff who was very friendly, she showed me to a back room where I completed a very simple 2 part Excel test.
The interview was great, I was interviewed by a manager and another member of staff. It was a simple interview based around administration and organisation.
the interview panel are looking into getting a laptop to conduct a teams meeting.. The position is health record clerk.. Communication skills is important. To be responsible for ensuring patient records are updated accurately, receiving and dispatching notes, making and re-arranging appointments for patients along with other duties to ensure that the department meets all customer and patient services.

They ask about how your experience may be relevant, what you wish to learn, what your career aspirations are, and then give quite a lot of scenario questions on the role you are applying for and why the processes are important.

very good, short and sweet. questions like 'tell us the skills you have' and 'tell us about yourself'. my interviewer was lovely and made me feel really comfortable. I now feel more confident in myself.
