The interview for experience was competency question focused. Demonstration of skills is likely to be conveyed through relation to past NHS experiences. Presentation to convey professional attitude should not be overlooked when preparing for interview.
Normal for the career I would say with very standard questions. I was interviewed by many different people throughout the process. I initially applied online through a job listing, it took them 2 weeks to get back to me.
