Interview
Two interviewers asked 6 questions. While I was talking they both scribbled on their notes so no eye contact. I could tell they had already interviewed someone they liked. It was very hurried and they made me wait 20 minutes in the waiting room beforehand. No one apologised nor told me why. I wish I had walked out and not bothered. I answered the questions well and have 15 years previous experience as a medical secretary.
Very good and beneficial to learn about the role more. Scenario based questions and about yourself. Not too difficult and very encouraging to get the best answer from the interviewee.

Interview
Easy and quick to apply. Interview was professional and average in terms of difficulty. The interview had quite a lot of scenario questions, which weren’t difficult. Open ended questions and easy to answer.
Wasnt good. 2 people interviewing me as though one person isnt enough pressure. both staring at me while i answer made me cripple under pressure. wouldnt recommend for anyone with anxiety lol
