It had multiple steps and was fairly difficult starting with a basic test then an interview than an assessment center and if the specialism requires it an additional interview is conducted but you are allowed to list down 3 of your priorities.

Can you describe a time when you had to deal with a difficult patient or colleague, and how did you handle the situation?
It has four stages, containing writing, talking with the interviewer, group discussion and a small task. It would cost you about three hours. You should prepare pen and paper for the interview.
