Also known as a pre-interview, the first usually begins with a one-on-one interview with a hiring manager. The interviewer typically asks questions about the candidate's qualifications, skills, work history and relevant experience . They also try to determine if a candidate would be a good fit for the company culture.
Fine, it was pretty easy. Kind of repetitive I didn’t mind it too much. Lots of info, make sure you research a lot. They do like you to have lots of background info
The interview is a bit difficult, band 3 healthcare assistant interview...Asking questions like I am a qualified nurse...I think I should be asked questions on the roles I have performed as band 2
Not too bad at all to be honest, couple of questions with the head of the NHS. Very relaxed and chilled. Great times. Couldn't complain about it at all. I'd definitely go for an interview there again.
