The interview process is extensive. You will speak to almost every member of the team, and will also interview with other teams as well. After the initial rounds, questions in interviews will be more about personality fit rather than qualifications.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NOBULL in May 2022

Interview

First I had a phone call (~15-20min) with the recruiting director, then was scheduled to be interviewed via Zoom (30min-1hr) with the managers of the team I applied for. After a week or so I had another call with the recruiter for updates and then heard back with an official offer a few days later.

The first phone call covered work style, why I was applying for the job, and how I might be able contribute to the company. The Zoom call with the team managers covered my resume/portfolio, problem-solving skills and how I could contribute to the role that they created. No specific evaluation assessment or anything, just a casual conversation for both situations.
