Interview
You will first undergo a medical assessment focused on CHF, followed by a series of questions about your work experience. Next, you will be asked about scheduling, and that is about it.
They mostly ask about your work ethic to determine whether or not you'd be a good fit for the company. They will ask you a couple of EMT questions, so make sure you are prepared to answer.

Interview
The interview process was standard. There was a phone screen to check availability and location preferences, and then an in person interview. There were 2 people in the interview. Basic questions, as well as an NREMT scenario.
