I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NOV (College Station, TX) in Feb 2013
Interview
-Applied through university recruiting website
-Received call to schedule skype interview
-Went to company informational
-Interviewed and received call next week asking me to schedule second interview with the manager I would be working with
-Second interview was more informal. Just a discussion about what I have done and my experience and what I would be doing on the internship
-Given offer a week or so later and declined

Question 1
How do you feel about working on a team of people who are all older than you?
Interview process was quite simple. Very easy and mostly just getting to know you and your resume. 2 rounds first one with a recruiter and second one with two managers.

Question 1
Asked questions about resume and why I applied for the company.
The interview was okay. I was interviewed by two people and were asking average interview questions. They did mention that it would take on average 2-3 weeks to receive feedback on whether or not I would be selected to move forward.

Question 1
"Tell us a time that you had a disagreement with your manager, and how did you resolve it"
Just talked about my academic project and previous work experience. I got the sense the job was high pressure and constant deadlines to meet. Also that I would have to learn from other people on the team on the fly instead of my potential future manager.
