NV5 Associate Structural Engineer interview questions

I applied for this position online. I met with the manager of this office. The manager described how the position became available (because the firm was "expanding"). The manager admitted he was never in the San Jose office. They discussed the future work the office would be getting. I do not believe they have it to begin with. I was humiliated by the interviewer because the interviewer told me that pursuing a Structural Engineer License was useless. I was not allowed to see the office so I believe this position was not real to begin with. If it were, then it would appear they were going to replace someone without that person knowing about it.. I never heard back from them again even though I was told it would be by the end of the week. That was over 5 weeks ago. I can only imagine how they treat their clients.
