First interview was by phone. It was two rounds. Second interview was in person. Hiring process was smooth, despite being in different states at the time. This was 5 years ago. Overall experience was positive.

Interview
The interview was fairly casual as I was hired through the pool of recent graduates of the same program I would teach. The required skillset is judged thoroughly, though. Luckily there was a great attitude from the interviewer that allowed me to get the position.

Question 1
I was given an option to teach one two undergraduate classes, based on my skill set and proven experience.
