Nabsys should be ashamed that as part of their interview process they asked candidates to create distribution strategy, an editorial calendar, and a reporting structure for their company with no compensation. Candidates should be able to show their expertise during interviews with thoughtful questions, not by being exploited for their labor. Asking candidates to do the work of an employee for free is extremely unethical and shows how little you will be valued if they actually did hire you.

Question 1
**Instructions**
For this challenge, we want you to create a Distribution Strategy that will increase the number of potential genomics research customers who are doing structural variant analysis in our sales funnel. Your goal is to attract and engage our target audience through our social media channels, ultimately driving them to our website, to contact a sales rep, visit us at a tradeshow, etc.
**The Editorial Calendar**
Create an Editorial Calendar for the first two weeks of the upcoming month that maximizes our exposure to our target audience across our social media channels: LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Facebook, and YouTube. Include one sample post for each channel and notes for the content mix, or content pillars (e.g. disease areas of focus, thought leadership/highlighting execs, our science), that will be utilized on a regular cadence.
**The Reporting**
After the editorial calendar is completed, outline a reporting structure that will help us keep track of the performance of our posts. This reporting structure should help you understand what’s working and what’s not. Include metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, click-through rates, and any other relevant KPIs.
**The Loom Recording**
After the Editorial Calendar and Reporting Structure are created, record a Loom video of yourself explaining:
- the thought process behind your strategy - why you chose the particular strategies and content types, and how you believe they will attract potential customers
- what tools you will use to build your content calendar and analytics platform
- how you plan on tracking campaign performance
- what tactics will you use to attract new followers and drive more website traffic
Please limit your Loom video to a maximum of 10 minutes. We look forward to receiving your submission!
