Very well managed process. 1. Called for Written Programming round. Didn't had IQ round as had cleared earlier. 2. After Clearing round 1 had a face to face round . Where real world logical problems were asked. Interviewer was very cool and gave enough time to figure out problems. This round was almost of 1.5 hours. 3. HR came and informed to leave for the day. 4. Next day HR called to schedule final round with Manager. 5. Manager was very professional and punctual. 6. Had a good technical discussion focussing on Designing /Architecture. 7.Next day received call from another HR for details like salary, visa etc. 8. Received another call from HR next day regarding Offer letter release. 9. Expected package was given and was accepted. HR was very kind and helpful .Well Organised Interview process.
