It was an informal interview with the President of the organization, had a 30 minutes discussion with him, where he asked me to outline some of my past work experience, he hads specific questions about the kind of tasks that I was involved in

I was asked to write a proposal overview and detail some of the sections that go into a proposal

Interview
It was an informal interview with one of the senior management person interacting with me for around 30 minutes. The interview just focused on general information about my professional background and questions were asked around that, also some sales scenario related questions from my past experience were asked, there was a brief writing exercise related to proposal writing.
