I told him I could appear at any date/time for an in-person interview. I shared my resume, github profile, competitive programming links and open-source contributions. Guess what do I get in return ...fill in a form - no.of years in Angular , HTML , CSS and Bootstrap. So it is all about the NUMBER OF YEARS really. I filled in that as well and replied to the mail. Again the same question; When can you come for an interview to Gurgaon ? I give the same response : Anyday , just give me a date-time. And guess what , nothing after that ever. I could not even appear for an interview. Just an advice, Make ENGINEERS recruit ENGINEERS . Never mind I got into Flipkart .

Process took 2 long month initally gave an online assesment test got selected then gave my 1 technical round went good waited to 2-3 weeks got selected then again my 2 round of interview took place went descent got the result in 2-3 weeks that i am selected now again 1 more technical interview got scheduled but hr called to ask for the interview i told i already gave 2 rounds of interview she then cancelled my technical round and told the job for which i gave interview is filled so she scheduled a managerial + technical round.the person initially asked have u worked in finance and i knew i will be rejected because i had no prior experience in this category,
