I recently had an interview with Nagarro, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The interviewer seemed to lack the knowledge required for the position, especially regarding Flutter, which was supposed to be the focus of the interview. Not only did he fail to ask relevant questions about Flutter or related technologies, but his overall attitude was also unprofessional.
There was a clear lack of preparedness, and the interviewer seemed more interested in generic questions rather than evaluating my skills for the role. His behavior throughout the interview was off-putting, which left a negative impression of the company's hiring process.
I expected a more structured and professional approach, especially from a company like Nagarro. This experience has made me reconsider my interest in the organization.
a suggestion : if a person is lead that does not mean he is expert with every technical field. every person have different approach to solve the problem. if you don't know the Working of BLOC please don't argue with a person who actually worked on it
