The receptionist greeted me very nicely and made me feel comfortable right away. When I spoke with the hiring manager she had such a nice friendly vibe to her that I couldn't help but feel at ease. The questions I were asked were understandable and easy to answer. When I met with the CEO, I was extremely nervous but he was so laid back, honest and just wanted to get to know the type of person I am. They asked very interesting questions. Interview process was overall a good experience and I got the job!!!!

Quick, felt like I was being sold the job. Manger was unprofessional cursing constantly throughout interview process. Tour of office was given. Multiple people were there for the interview

Interview
Interview was average. They asked odd questions that I’ve never been asked before in a professional interview such as “if you were an animal, what animal would you be?” Not sure how they judged my experience from that question. Their lack of communication is terrible - no update on my candidacy was given. Even a month after my interview I never heard back. I had to follow up myself several times. I thought that was incredibly unprofessional. I now work for an organization with 10,000+ associates and we still have the time and empathy to respond to all candidates - especially those that interviewed onsite!
