I was introduced to one of the Directors prior to applying. After meeting with the Director over coffee, her forwarded my information over to the decision makers, who ultimately conducted my interview. My interview was conducted over the phone by two individuals. They asked questions related to by background and experience. I had prior experience on Capitol Hill which they liked very much.

Very smooth process. Straight foward questions regarding project and program experience. Panel interview with the director and the program management team. Questions look into your previous project and program management experience, proficiency in IT, ability to work in a team, time management skills and monitoring and evaluation and reporting skills among other things. The process lasts 30 to 45 minutes and response is within a week.

Standard three step interview process. First there is a phone screening, then there is a panel interview with about three or four people. They ask pretty basic questions related to work in an office environment and your interest in the position. Following that there is a final interview
