The initial HR interview and second interview happened fairly quickly and seamlessly, but the lack of correspondence afterwards was very unprofessional. I sent two emails in the weeks following my interview to inquire about the application status and both went unanswered.

The interview process involves an HR screening, and then depending on the team you will most likely have 2-3 rounds interviews with the team. Some teams have a writing assessment or language assessment depending on their needs.

30 minutes, virtual interview, three individuals, all middle-management.
Things went south after I failed to confirm that their choice of budgeting software would do much to make their workload more manageable.
