National Energy & Light interview questions

The first interview was a phone interview with Human Resources. This was a skills based, experience interview. We candidly discussed my employment history and the company culture. The second interview was via Zoom where we drilled deeper into my experience, discussed volume and ability to work under pressure. They were very straightforward that the job was going to be very busy and require self starting and an ability to work independently. They were concerned about making sure it would be a good fit for both of us.

Informal, unprofessional, lacked respect, didn't ask about technical abilities. Spent over an hour listening to the President talk about himself. Very little had to do with my background or talents. Asked lots of personal questions not related to the job.
