There were no interview requirements because this was a volunteer position. You just had to fill out a form and submit it and wait to hear back. Then there was a volunteer meeting scheduled. Once you attended your position and work schedule was determined.

Quick but thorough. I went in as a student, and got interviewed for a while. Asked questions about my interests, academically and otherwise. I had an overall positive experience in my interview process and was one of the less aggressive interviewing styles
