The interview process with the organization had several positive aspects until the final stages, where communication ceased. Initially, I found the deliberate slow pace of getting to know the organization favorable. However, I experienced a protracted period of uncertain wait, repetitive conversations, followed by a lack of closure on correspondence, which regrettably demonstrated a lack of consideration for my time and efforts invested in the process. This multistage evaluation consisted of three initial interviews with the recruiter, followed by an additional three interviews with the supervisor. Subsequently, I was required to submit writing samples as part of the assessment process. Finally, I participated in a comprehensive panel interview. After the interview process I was told repeatedly that a decision was still being considered. After several weeks and no further updates or communication, I moved on.
