I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Natixis (Ramsey, NJ)
Interview
One face to face interview for contract job. All went well. Recruiter (Caldwell Group) said it must have gone well. 2 weeks pass and Recruiter asks me for a number. I provide the number that was a bit higher than advertised but required for me to cover additional costs. Recruiter comes back same day and says number was agreed. The next day recruiter tells me that Paris Head office felt number was too high. Wow! Never had this happen to me before. So I was strung along with no feedback until they realized I was best candidate agreed to my number asked me to start in 2 weeks and then renamed on the offer. Glassdoor needs to add a new answer in interview outcome for did you get an offer - “Yes, but it was reneged”

Beaucoup de temps d'attente pour recevoir une réponse pour organiser un entretien et même pour recevoir une réponse à cette entretien, j'ai du attendre 3 semaines et relancer 2 fois
Ils ne s'interessent pas au softskills des candidats uniquement les compétences, où la demande est très élevé
3 rounds of 1 on 1 interviews. The first interview was with an HR employee to get a feel for the applicants personality. Then there were two more interviews, one with a managing director and one with the COO.
