Recruitment process with RH team followed by hiring manager. Did not pass RH phase. Interview was comfortable and conversational. Interview conducted in French although the recruitment process and the position did not require it. Response on manager feedback set to three week's time to prevent delays but negative feedback on one week on restatement of motivation. Recruiter did not comment on salary expectations or compared to previous position in same market.
