Interview
Interciew process consisted of two stages, quick introductory interview with a head of department and second final interview was more formal beginning with a 10 minute presentation to couple of members from the team and main interviewer. There were competency based questions and some behavioural questions. The final interview process was quick with prompt responses and feedback.

Interview
Initial telephone call followed by fairly informal interview in their offices. Felt like the process went well, so was surprised by the rather odd feedback. In reality, I think they were looking for someone with lower salary expectations but with the same it more experience than what I had which seemed pretty unrealistic.

Interview
Interview process was an initial call with a recruiter to establish my credentials and experiences were right for the role. I was then booked onto a one to one call with the CEO and co-founder of the business to discuss my CV, experiences, why I was applying for the role, my general background, hobbies etc.

I was asked multiple scenario questions, questions relating to my previous role and how I would adapt to a new environment / way of working. What experiences / knowledge I could bring to the role.
