Naukrifever has a very simple and a quick sweep for hiring the talent. All communication happens on phone and a few emails. They operate virtually and do provide and work from culture. They are looking for needy and not for the greedy. They look for people who can balance life and work at home. Initial screening is done by Punit or Prashant, then a con call with candidate, Punit and Prashant discussing previous experience, exposure, future aspects, aim, etc. And within a day you get to hear from them, and in case if you are the one they are looking for you will have an offer letter before you hang up the con call.
