The interview process was quite informal (which I liked). The entire process took about 2 months, from the initial letter from HR to the final interview. But that was because of the Christmas holidays, so that's okay for me. About the steps: 1st meeting — Screening Call to know more about me, then recruiter told me about the role, the company and so on. After that one of the engineers joined us and asked just a few basic questions. Next day I received home-task, which was essentially a requirement that I had to complete. I was given 7 days to complete it. In general, the task was to make a mobile application that could interact with the backend, process and present some data. 2nd meeting — 1st technical interview with two engineers. It was chill and more like a conversation than an exam, which I liked. There I was asked some basic questions in the field of CS, then we talked about my home-task and after we touched on some topics that I mentioned but didn't implement. 3rd meeting — 2nd technical interview with two other engineers. It was more focused on workflows. They asked me some question in that area. After that, they described an example of a behavioral problem and we discussed how to solve it. 4th meeting — I would say it was a Culture Fit conversation with one of the founders. It was as informal as the previous interviews. We talked about work processes, their atmosphere, my career plans and so on. 5th meeting — Coffee chat with the team leader. It was about getting to know each other, sharing our experiences, discussing work processes, my expectations, and so on. Then I received an offer, which I accepted. So now I am very excited to start a new journey with NavVis!
