Interview
First interview was with recruiter. It went well and afterwards she explained that next interview would be a 'culture fit' with a product lead and another PM.
That interview was actually a behavioural-based interview: they were trying to figure out how you handle tight deadlines, difficult and ambiguous situations, etc. After asking me the questions they told me that they're looking for someone with grit and tenacity that can lead a deliverable thru to execution.
So be prepared for a behavioural-based interview where they're assessing your grit and tenacity in a high pressures/stress environment.
It's been a day since I had that interview so I don't know if I made it to the next round or not.

Three interviews in total. First one virtual then two in person at the Neo office. Recruiter, department leads, then hr and department head. Each one about 30 minutes. Product and company knowledge essential.

Interview
2 round interviews, 1st hr screen, 2nd pm leader & IT leader. Failed. The whole process is for 2 weeks. It seems they doesn't really hire people, as the position is open for more than 9 months. At least not an urgent hire, and maybe wait for the PERFECT match. 1st hr interview was easy, more BQs 2nd interview was difficult, felt not respected, many follow-up and detail questions, drive deep in many fields.
