Neofonie Mobile interview questions

I had a phone interview with the HR manager in German and English, then they gave me a take home code challenge which I apparently passed, and then I had a technical interview with two of the Lead developers. Everyone was really friendly and professional. I received a positive feedback but did not get the job because they needed someone with more experience in the end.

Es gab ein persönliches Gespräch mit dem Geschäftsführer und mit dem Lead Developer. Nach allgemeinen Fragen haben sie mich auch über etwas fachlicheren Themen gefragt. Nichts überrasschendes ist passiert. Programmieren müsste ich überhaupt nicht. Das Gespräch fand (auch) in meiner Fall nicht auf Augenhöche statt. Das habe ich problematisch gefunden.
