Interview
Homework assignment and interview with the team. The time allocated for the homework is 24 hours. You have to agree to the doing the homework before you can see what it involves. The homework requirements were very basic. They say that it takes no more than 2 hours and then it turns out that it takes more time. The homework is not supposed to be related to the business and when you review it, it turns out that this is questionable. Some red flags to consider.
We appreciate the time you took to write this review and interview with the team. Our process includes a take home assignment. It is always based on a fake product/business solution not related to our company or technology with a 24-hour turnaround time to keep it equal for all candidates. Thank you for the feedback — it is very helpful for us moving forward!

Interview
Had a talk with two different people in the company. One would become my direct boss and the other was the co-founder and CEO. Both were very kind and friendly.
