Interview
Heard back from recruiter quickly after applying for summer internship position. First round interview was phone and second round is video interview with a specialist. Then waited about 3 weeks to hear back for final decisions, a little longer than expected. Overall they were engaged in getting to know you by asking questions and answering your questions. They are also patient and understanding when you take a little time to answer some questions. The interview process was relatively short and within reasonable time.

CV Submitting Application, Online Game (literally somehow like a game, can be done in one hour) Assessment, FGD with 5 people (offline in nestle office), User Interview (discussed about behavioural interview, and also somehow technical in sales)

Round 1 : round HR Call (around 15-20 mins)
1 Round Hiring Manager ( Lasted about an hour, more towards experience and what you want to learn from the role.)

Application through the website and 15 minute phone call interview with HR afterwards. They did not wanna go further with me but it was very professional and helpful. Questions about my background and why I am a good fit.
