The first round of interview with HR was very through, detailed to every job requirement match with your work experience/skill sets. The second round of interview was with experienced manager who knows the company inside out and had clear/reasonable expectation of how this role would contribute to the team. The third round of interview was with a senior manager from another team to get to know your personality and your thought process of complex project. Though I was interested in the role and the company, I had to accept an offer from another company due to my personal situation and short timeframe to make a decision.
