I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nest Wealth Asset Management (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2023
Interview
I must admit that I was really let down by my Nest Wealth interview experience. The individual that did my first interview was really gracious, and my first interview went really well. The first week of September was when this initial interview took place. I advanced to the second round and had a Google Meet meeting with two people. Alot of the questions were repeated. There were more than five "give us an example of a time when" questions, yet there are only so many possible answers. Personally, I thought it was excessive. The most disappointing part was the lack of communication after. I was told that I would receive a follow up from the the first interviewer that has been my point of contact from the beginning. After my second interview, I followed up with them through email. There was no response. I waited more than three weeks for a follow-up and received none. I eventually followed up again and received a message stating that they had chosen to proceed with another candidate. The lack of communication was a let down and it was unprofessional. Time is valuable to each and every applicant.
